International buyers, if you're looking for shipping rates, please check the "payment and shipping" tab at the top of the description for rates.  We ship worldwide and we do combine. 

**Also, for Int'l buyers (aside from Canada) eBay REQUIRES us to upload tracking information via Priority mail to qualify for Seller Protection.  If your order is more than $75, or if you're a new eBay user with less than 50 feedbacks, you MUST choose Int'l Priority at checkout.  If you do not, you will be sent a bill for the difference and your order will not be processed until it is complete!  On that note - we will ABSOLUTELY not ship ANY International package via First Class to an unconfirmed address, regardless of your feedback and/or history.  NO exceptions on this. 

*new update - ALL PACKAGES TO BRAZIL, MIDDLE EAST and RUSSIA will have to be shipped via PRIORITY.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!

FOOTWEAR

Some of our footwear to domestic destinations is shipped out with the original manufacturer's box taped up and the label put on the box.  ALL footwear sent to Int'l destinations is shipped this way.  If you would like your shoes, and their box, shipped in another box, please let us know and we still send you a money request for $4 for the cost of the box.  **We can also use shipping paper at no additional cost.  Just ask!  **Discreet shipping is ALWAYS available, all you need to do is request and we will provide it at no additional cost.

Some of our footwear is in stock right here, some of it is in stock in the main warehouse.   At the time of listing every item, we are sure that they are in stock in the sizes listed either in our stock or the main warehouse.  We also do periodic inventory updates to keep our items current on ebay. 

 If by some chance the item you bought is no longer in stock, you will be either issued an immediate refund, given credit or we will work with you to find an alternative item - whichever you prefer. We've asked that you read these terms before making your purchase, therefore you do understand that there is a very small risk of the item not being available. If you would like us to confirm the availability of an item before purchasing it, just drop us an e-mail and we will answer you as soon as our monkeys give us the message.

SHIPPING

WITHIN the USA ~ Most footwear sent within USA is shipped via UPS Ground which carries a 1-6 day delivery time - depending on how close you are to California.  UPS packages include insurance, delivery confirmation and complete detailed tracking from door to door.  There is typically a 2-4 business day handling time for Domestic footwear orders.

Clothing within the US is sent via USPS Priority, which has a 2-3 day delivery time with a 1-3 day handling time, MOST of the time.  This does not include weekends, holidays and time off, which does happen from time to time.

 INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS  - 4-5 days handling applies for footwear being sent to Int'l destinations - this is because our warehouse only ships to the USA.  If you're outside of the USA, we have to send for your item(s) from the warehouse to ship ourselves via USPS.  This can take up to 5 business days. 

 If you need your package by a certain date - please let us know so we can put a rush on it or work with you as to other shipping methods. 

RETURNS

Clothing items will be tagged and unworn and will be inspected. NO returns on intimates/holiday/special occasion/preworn/damaged (listed as damaged) items or shoes that have been worn for ANY amount of time. Footwear size exchanges are accepted with all shipping at buyer's cost; however footwear REFUNDS will be given at a 20% restocking fee - please be sure of your size before ordering.   Items with manufacturer's defects will be given an exchange for same size/color/style at our cost.

All returns shipping charges will be paid for by the buyer.  This, for obvious reasons, does not apply to manufacturer's defects or mistakes on our part.  Any error from us will be paid for by us.  Some of our listings mistakenly indicate that we will pay return shipping on exchange requests.  This is incorrect. 

FITTING

eBay has recently put a generic size chart in the 'item specifics' area of our listings.  DO NOT use that.  Only use our charts which we've provided as they are specific to the manufacturer.

Because the majority of our shoes are shipped out of the main warehouse, we cannot provide specific measurements for you.

We've included a general sizing chart below.  Please note that Pleaser/Bordello tend to run a bit smaller than Demonia so keep that in mind and if you're a half size, GO UP. 

W = Women's Sizes
M = Men's Sizes

Winner agrees to make payment within ten (10) days of auction close unless pre-arrangement has been made with us. CA residents add 8.75% sales tax. eBay automatically files unpaid item disputes for us, so sending a message that you're going to be late with your payment won't stop this action.
